2. Account Registration and Verification

xx 99 reserves the right to verify the identity, age, and payment method of any account holder at any time. 2.3 Account Security

3. Age Restrictions and Ineligibility

The xx 99 welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw the bonus after it has been credited, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A promotion may be claimed only once, unless the terms state otherwise.
• Winnings from bonus balance will be treated as bonus funds.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• If any irregularity or fraud is found in bonus activity, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• A bonus is never equivalent to cash and cannot be withdrawn directly.

Users may also close their account at any time. In that case, the valid balance in the account (excluding bonuses) will be returned once xx 99's verification process is complete.

For accounts closed due to rule violations, funds linked to fraudulent transactions will not be returned.

9. Limitation of Liability

xx 99 is not liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or special losses. Full responsibility for financial losses from playing games or placing bets on the platform rests with the user.

xx 99's liability is limited in cases of issues caused by faults in third-party software or game providers. Losses arising from internet disconnection, device problems, or third-party causes are outside xx 99's control.
